At the end of a subscription, the security deposit as well as any excess balance (applicable for long term plans) shall be refunded. Security deposit shall be refunded to the customer within 5 working days, from the date of pickup of device. Any pending dues from the customer shall be deducted from the security deposit. These pending dues shall include: · Pending dues from the customer towards payment of subscription charges. · The device shall be inspected for any damage/abuse (normal wear amp; tear excepted). In case there is any damage/abuse of the device, the same shall be deducted from the security deposit.
